Twenty companions, one virtue each.
Loyalty, justice, generosity, knowledge, patience, courage and more. Pick one in the morning and build the day around them.
Pick one of the Prophet's companions. Take their habits for the day, with the reference behind every one.
Abu Bakr weighed his day before sleeping.
Bilal renewed his ablution the moment it broke, and prayed two units after it. Every time.
Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf asked for nothing but directions to the market.
Twenty companions. One hundred and forty habits. All of it small enough to do today.
Loyalty, justice, generosity, knowledge, patience, courage and more. Pick one in the morning and build the day around them.
Each companion carries a biography written for this app, and their habits come out of it. You find out why you are doing a thing before you do it.
"I am not the best among you. If I do right, help me. If I go wrong, correct me."
Abu Bakr, his first day as caliph
Daily routines are the concrete things a companion did every day, from performing wudu on waking to sitting for a moment after prayer. Character habits come from a single moment in their story.
Admit a mistake without adding "but". Say the true thing that costs you something. Keep one small promise exactly on time.
Five prayers, each recorded in one tap: prayed, prayed in congregation, or missed. A tasbih counter whose button is the whole lower half of the screen, so you can count without looking, with a longer buzz when you reach the target.
Keep a streak. See your last thirty days at a glance, with prayers and make-up prayers counted separately.
Each one stands for a single virtue, with their years beneath the name.
The biographies and habits are educational material compiled from well known works of sira and hadith. This is a tool for building habits, not a source of religious rulings, and it is not a substitute for a qualified scholar. Corrections are welcome and go to the front of the queue.
The calculation methods disagree with one another by up to twenty minutes, and the schools differ on asr. So the app asks what you did rather than announcing when to do it.
Make-up prayers count down from a figure you enter yourself. The app never estimates the number for you.
No account and no sign-up. Everything lives on your phone, so it opens on a plane or underground, and nothing about your practice is uploaded, because there is nowhere for it to go.
The companion biographies and their habits are written in all of them, not just the interface. Arabic and Urdu read right to left throughout.
Everything you need to record a day of practice.
